Club Night Basics
The club provides a space to play games, hobby and meet other like-minded people!
Below covers all the basics you will need.

We also have a tuck shop offering a selection of drinks and snacks.
Cash and card options are available.
Age Restrictions
The club is intended for mature gamers so we do have a minimum age of 14, with those under 16 needing to be accompanied by an adult.
Access
The Kingsway Centre has ample free parking, accessible and suitable facilities, with plenty of tables and chairs.
We typically use the back door which gives direct access to the games room, but both entrances are available.
Arranging a game
At its core, the club is about building a community of gamers and hobbyists. The intention is for members to arrange games with each other on games night, via the Facebook community group or the Discord server.
But if you don’t use these platforms, you can also use the contact us form and we’ll see what we can arrange.
Reserving a table
Once you have arranged a game with another player or group you can reserve a table using the Google docs spreadsheet below.
It isn’t essential to reserve a table, but this does allow adequate space to be prepared ahead of time to make sure we can accommodate all the players together.
We currently have space for around 6 to 8 gaming tables, depending on the games, number of players, etc. However, if the demand is there in advance, we can boost this and move to the main hall.
